2023 Cabernet Sauvignon
This impressive wine serves up a lot of bang for your bucks. Its aromas are a fruity and savory mix of blackberries, pork roast, saline and a hint of graphite. The wine's black cherry and squid ink risotto flavors are joined by a wisp of balsa. With gentle acidity and silky tannins, this Cabernet Sauvignon is a smooth sipper.

2024 Sauvignon Blanc
You feel like you are on a tropical beach with these aromas of tart pineapple, passion fruit, beeswax and fresh-cut grass. The wine's flavors keep the islands theme going with papaya and guava melding with salty Marcona almonds. While this Sauvignon Blanc's mouthfeel might be light and easy, its acidity takes no prisoners. Very refreshing.

2023 Red Blend
This blend of 71% Malbec, 25% Cabernet Sauvignon and 7% Cabernet Franc spent 14 months in a combination of new and neutral French and American oak. The wine's marionberry aroma is ripe and sweet, with traces of pipe tobacco and hay floating in the background. This is a lighter-bodied wine, with above average acidity and velvety tannins.

NV Sparkling Brut
What a value. This is a really nice traditional method sparkling wine that spent a year en tirage, and it will only set you back $20. The wine's angry bubbles help to deliver aromas of Granny Smith apple, lime zest and pound cake. Tangy acidity lights up the wine's peach and lemon-infused mineral water flavors, while a hint of juniper berry lingers on the finish. Go long on this one.
