Sourced from our high-altitude Rattlesnake Hills estate vineyard, this Sauvignon Blanc showcases bright, vibrant citrus and lemongrass aromas, with notes of passionfruit and baked lemon. Cool-fermented in stainless steel to preserve freshness and aromatics, this Sauvignon Blanc was aged in a mix of vessels to build complexity.

It opens with aromas of lemon zest, grapefruit, and subtle tropical fruit layered with a light mineral note. The palate is bright and focused, with crisp citrus flavors balanced by a soft, rounded texture from lees aging. Hints of stone fruit and a touch of oak add mid-palate weight. leading to a clean, persistent finish marked by lively acidity and a saline edge.
