2024 SAUVIGNON BLANC

THE WINE

Sourced from our high-altitude Rattlesnake Hills estate vineyard, this Sauvignon Blanc showcases bright, vibrant citrus and lemongrass aromas, with notes of passionfruit and baked lemon. The cooler site and rocky, south-facing slopes slow ripening, concentrating flavors and giving the wine a focused, lively character.

Fermented in concrete and stainless steel to preserve freshness, 40% of the wine is aged in new French puncheons and 60% in neutral barrels sur lie for six months. This adds layers of white peach, brioche, and subtle vanilla while maintaining zesty acidity. The finish is fresh and lingering, with a hint of crushed oyster shell minerality.

PAIRINGS

This wine sings alongside grilled salmon, seared scallops with garlic butter, goat cheese tarts, and sunny days on the patio.
