Shipping, Delivery & Returns Policy
1. Where We Ship
Currently, we ship to 44 states in the U.S.
The following states cannot receive shipments: North Dakota, South Dakota, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Delaware, and Utah. Orders may be limited by state law, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that cannot legally be shipped to your location.
Shipping Rates
Shipping for orders of one to five bottles is a flat rate of $20, regardless of destination. Orders of six bottles or more qualify for free shipping. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout, and free shipping applies automatically when eligible.
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location.
Delivery & Shipping Restrictions
All wine shipments require a signature upon delivery and verification that the recipient is 21 years of age or older. Shipping carriers may impose additional restrictions for certain remote locations, and additional fees may apply in those cases. DarkRock Wines is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer when the shipment leaves our facility.
Wine cannot be delivered to PO boxes or by leaving without a signature.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of wine, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within seven days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Customers are responsible for additional shipping costs if a package is returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or inability to deliver. Refunds will not include original shipping charges. Orders may only be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
Taxes & Compliance
Customers are responsible for all applicable state and local sales taxes, excise taxes, and duties unless otherwise noted. Orders are shipped in compliance with Washington State and destination state alcohol laws. DarkRock Wines maintains all necessary permits for legal direct-to-consumer wine shipments.
Additional Information
Shipping carriers may require signature verification and age verification at delivery. DarkRock Wines strives for timely and safe delivery but is not liable for delays, shipping damage after transfer of risk, or carrier errors beyond our control.
