2023 CABERNET SAUVIGNON

THE WINE

Crafted from our Horse Heaven Hills estate vineyard, The Cliffs — perched atop basalt bluffs overlooking the Columbia River — this Cabernet shows elegance, structure, and refined, powdery tannins. A small addition of Malbec from our Beverly Vineyard adds lush blackberry and plum notes for balance and richness.

Aged 14 months in French & American oak, the wine is dark and focused with aromas of currant, blackberry, cedar, and graphite. The palate unfolds with dark plum, cocoa, and subtle tobacco, finishing long and smooth.

This classic wine pairs well with grilled steak, macaroni and cheese, spare ribs, and fireside chats.
